Selenium what it is and what it does
Selenium is a nutrient that the body needs to stay healthy. Selenium is important for reproduction, thyroid gland function, DNA production, and protecting the body from damage caused by free radicals and from infections.
Please note this product is made in small batches, each batch tends to have a slightly different taste and colour.

Targeted Selenium
Features

• .5 mg (500 mcg) selenium per drop. Each drop contains approximately 7x the minimum daily adult requirement for selenium. Most users choose to consume larger amounts.
The small bottle contains 15ml and the large bottle contains 29 ml of selenium. Each CC is approximately 10 drops.

The recommended Daily Value (DV), or daily allowance, for selenium is 55 micrograms (mcg) per day for adults. During pregnancy, a woman should consume 60 mcg, and lactating women should consume 70 mcg a day.
The NIH upper limit (https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Selenium-Consumer/) on non-lipid bound selenium is 400 mcg/day.
Each drop of Tsel contains approximately as much selenium as 5 brazil nuts.
