This depends on where the products are being shipped. With the upheaval happening in the world today shipping times can’t be guaranteed. We are typically seeing shipping times of:
To the UK: 2 to 3 days
To the EU: 2 to 4 days
To the USA: 2 to 6 days
(Shipments to the USA: Depends on what is ordered. Some products ship from the UK)
As of 2021, certain European countries are not accepting parcels from the UK that contain certain goods. As this is a constantly changing picture, please enquire before ordering if you have any questions about postage problems.
If a parcel is not accepted by the border authorities and returned to us, or the package incurs additional duty in your country of receipt, we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred or owed as a result.
Please check with your country’s appropriate agencies to know whether your package is likely to be intercepted, subject to import duty or delayed.
We sadly cannot refund shipping costs for items that are refused or returned.
