Important notice for our American customers.
On August 29th 2025 the US government announced that all shipments from overseas will be subject to import tax. These charges are usually around 10% of your order value and are collected by Mark 3 International via a DPD payment link that is sent by text or email. Orders to the US now include import duties (usually around 10% of your order value). Shortly after your parcel is dispatched you’ll receive a DPD tracking email or text with a secure payment link from Mark 3 International. The link is valid for 5 days and if the fee is not paid within this time frame, the parcel will be returned to us for a refund.
Once the fee is paid, your parcel will be released for delivery which is usually 4–7 days after payment.
