• Blue light mode — do not exceed 5 minutes per session
• Not suitable for pacemaker users
• Not suitable for those who are photosensitive, diagnosed with cancer, or who have experienced a cerebral haemorrhage
• Consult a health professional before use if you have any existing medical condition

Warranty

This is our promise to you:

The LED Prostate Pack will be replaced or repaired for free within one year from the purchase date if found to be defective and used in accordance to the instructions.

Service and repair are provided after the warranty period. Material and shipping costs will be charged as appropriate.

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept any refund or replacement of this device after use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by user negligence or product misuse. (e.g., scratches, liquid damage or unauthorized repairs).
• Breakdown or damage caused by disassembling.
• Breakdown or damage caused by accident.
• Damage caused by natural disasters.
